Guesthouse was in a convenient location for my purpose. Carparking was adequate and convenient. Owners and staff friendly and very helpful. Light spacious rooms and very clean. Delicious food!!!

The location here is perfect for a weekend in the city, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. The restaurant offers delicious French dishes.

The service was very good. They gave us a free room upgrade. We stayed in the new Spa Building which was modern stylish. Our breakfast was included and they were able to accommodate our gluten free 

The staff here were all very knowledgeable and provided attentive service.

Lizzie and Gary are absolutely wonderful! They are incredibly accomadating and helpful with sightseeing suggestions and directions. Our guestroom was perfect; recently redone, comfortable and well furnished. We couldn't have asked for anywhere

Fair distance from city centre

The rooms here were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a delicious and varied selection of food.

Owners were very helpful and gave useful information. The car parking facilities provided made it much easier to enjoy Edinburgh without the cost of town centre car parking. The centre is an easy bus ride away or a 45 minute walk. 

Recommend and would come here again, it was a very good stay. This hotel is adorable and clean, has helpful staff and unbeatable location in a quiet area of Edinburgh. The breakfast is delicious with special touches, has good food. 

Convenient location right by the bus station, and the staff here really take care of you. 😊
